An assault lawyer is one who mainly deals with assault cases. This law practitioner can either be a defense or a prosecuting lawyer. After finding the list of assault lawyers, one has to do little research to find out who has won the most cases and set up an appointment with him.

If you're an assailant, the police can force a confession from you. If you are a victim, then the police may convince you to drop the charges.
